Hey, I’m Lacey Reedy (the silly one on the left), I’ll be sharing all of this amazing information with you in this workshop!  I personally suffered from high functioning anxiety for 25 years of my life; it left me feeling alone and misunderstood, it tore down my confidence, and I lived a life in perpetual fear.  I felt that a truly happy life would always be out of my reach. 

I tried the SSRI’s, therapy, natural supplements, exercise, eating “healthier”; I tried ALL of the things!  It wasn’t until I found the whole-body integrative approach, that I finally started feeling that my intrusive thoughts weren’t controlling my mind and life!  I am now more confident in being my true self; not chronically worrying about what others think of me or ruminating on conversations that happened for days afterward. I can now be present with those that I love, and just ENJOY life as it comes!

It is because of my long grueling journey that I am so very passionate about helping others get to the same place I am at right now.
