The whole month of January, I’ll be guiding you in our Facebook group, sharing information on what we will be doing, and why we will be doing it (to keep your motivation high and to give you information you can use forever), recipes, additional ways to reduce toxins in your life, as well as stress & anxiety reduction tips!

Each Monday of the Jumpstart challenge, I’ll be going LIVE at 2pm EST to share how to kickstart your whole-body balancing journey, and start living a life without endless intrusive thoughts and worries!

If you absolutely just can’t make the weekly LIVE’s, you can catch me on the REPLAY later in the evening…but you will still need to watch and comment on the videos and posts, because I you want to be as successful as possible!
